About Signature Concierge Care
I provide Signature Concierge Care from start to finish for your vacation. I take a limited amount of clients per month, per year so I can give you a high amount of care and attention that your vacation deserves.
My Signature Concierge Care includes:
PROPOSAL DETAILS:
- Detailed research and itinerary planning
- 1 very detailed proposal, including everything you need to know, what’s included, per your requests and wish list.
- The detailed proposal will include total package pricing and deposit amount, cancellation policy, and due dates.
- I offer up to 2 changes to the proposal.
BOOKINGS:
I take care of the bookings related to your cruise vacation:
- Your preferred cruise (dates, ship, itinerary, and cabin).
- Pre- and post-cruise stays at hotel, if applicable.
- Transfers/transportation to and from the cruise port / airport, if applicable.
- Excursions, if applicable.
- Travel insurance (see below).
- Provide necessary information, important contact details, follow-ups/reminders, etc. for each part of your trip.
- Ongoing follow up and support the entire time answering all your questions during my business hours.
INSURANCE:
I include travel insurance quotes that protect your investment. While travel insurance is optional, it is HIGHLY recommended for your trip.
FLIGHTS (RECOMMENDATION ONLY):
It is in your best interest to book your flights independently. Should an issue arise with flight cancellations or delays, airlines give preference to passengers who book directly with them. As such, I DO NOT reserve flights for clients. However, I will assist with choosing the best flight options for your cruise to ensure you have the proper airport, flight times, layovers, etc. You will then take that information and book directly with the airline.
PAYMENTS:
I will apply payments and send reminders for your bookings, starting with deposit.
